James & Rachel Julkowski, owners of Julkowski, Inc., believe in using quality products and sound construction methods that will stand the test of time. In 2008, they built the first LEED Certified home in Lexington, MN, using SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panels), and also completed training for the MN GreenStar program.
