Julkowski, Inc. is a family owned company that is passionate about quality design and craftsmanship and is committed to practicing sustainability.  That is why in 2008 they built the first LEED Certified home in Lexington, MN, using SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panels).  James & Rachel believe their diverse educational background including training in the MN GreenStar program, 15+ years combined experience in the field of design and construction, and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction set them apart.

Rachel Julkowski

Rachel Julkowski is the Lead Designer for Julkowski, Inc.  She has a four year Interior Design Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, a one year Kitchen & Bath Design Degree from Century College, and has completed training for the MN GreenStar program.  Rachel is always looking toward the future of design while maintaining a connection with classic influences of the past.  She designed the first LEED Certified home in Lexington, MN, and is currently designing custom sinks for Elkay Manufacturing.

James Julkowski

James Julkowski is the President of Julkowski, Inc, and also acts as the Lead Project Manager.  He has over ten years experience in the field of construction and project management.  Starting his career as the foreman of a framing crew, he hungered to learn all aspects of the building trade and went on to get his Builder’s License in 2001.  Since then, he has earned his degree in Kitchen & Bath Design from Century College, and become a leader in sustainability by building custom homes out of Structural Insulated Panels.
