Let’s plan! We return to the site for a thorough construction analysis with our trade partners. Floor plans and preliminary construction drawings are created and shared. The fun of selecting materials for your project begins. The scope of work and project price is finalized. During this time, all input is valuable. We work hard for you and continue to listen as the project details become clear.

Let’s get started! Once all the hard work above is complete, we sign the contract, get a down payment and start your project. Final construction drawings, specifications, and schedules are all provided before construction begins. Our project managers follow these detailed plans to keep things on time and on budget. Communication is crucial during this stage. Our design and production teams continue to work closely together, and we are committed to keeping you informed until the last picture is hung.
